it’s all the same
today i realized my work is all the same. no one gives a shit about you, and the more you do, the more you’ll have to do. my work is no better, no worse. exception? no, normal. let them fail without you being there to always have an answer, to always get work done on time, to always being able to solve the “harder” problems, to always be the one that can find the right person to get answers from. no more. no more being that person. the rest of the team needs to know how to step up and figure things out for themselves. will i get fired? maybe, maybe not. but clearly being a useless dead weight on the team doesn’t do crap will that still get you to retirement so why stress?
