let them fail
let them fail without you being there to always have an answer, to always get work done on time, to always being able to solve the “harder” problems, to always be the one that can find the right person to get answers from. no more. the rest of the team needs to know how to step up and figure things out for themselves. will i get fired? maybe, maybe not. but clearly being a useless dead weight on the team still gets you to retirement so why stress?
